Timber Ridge Golf Club, built in 1979 as a private club, has been open to the public since 1997. Still offering country club amenities, Timber Ridge Golf Club remains one of the finest public golf courses in Wisconsin. Timber Ridge is famous for its elevated tees, tree-lined fairways, and perfectly manicured bent grass greens. Designed by renowned architect Roger Packard, Timber Ridge has numerous sets of tees with yardages ranging from 5,800 to 6,700 yards, offering golfers of every ability a challenging round. Located just 4 miles south of downtown Minocqua, Timber Ridge is the heart of public golf in the Northwoods.
